This website is the portfolio of Laura Rodríguez Brieva (“Lau Art”), an independent visual and web designer based in Cali, Colombia. By using it, you agree to these terms.
2. Copyright and intellectual property
All illustrations, photographs, designs, videos and texts on this site are © Laura Rodríguez Brieva, unless stated otherwise. Client work is shown for portfolio purposes only. Brand names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Concept projects, such as Gaga x Smirnoff or the Fiorisce editorial series, are personal, non-commercial works. They are not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by those brands or people.
3. How you can use my work
You are welcome to view my work and share links to it with credit to Lau Art. Without my written permission, you may not copy, download, resell, modify, print, use it in NFTs or commercial products, or use it to train artificial intelligence models.
4. Commissions and services
Every project is confirmed in writing (quote, email or message) with its scope, price, deliverables, number of revisions, timeline and payment conditions. Work begins once the quote is accepted and the agreed payment conditions are met.
Commissions ordered through VGen follow VGen’s own terms, payment and refund policies in addition to these terms. Cancellation and refund conditions for direct projects are defined in each quote.
5. Usage rights and credit
Unless we agree otherwise in writing, I keep the copyright of the artwork and the client receives the usage rights defined in the quote (for example, personal or commercial use). I may show finished work in my portfolio and social media, unless we agree on confidentiality.
6. External links
This site links to external platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Behance and VGen. I am not responsible for their content or policies.
7. Liability
I do my best to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but it is provided “as is”, and I am not liable for damages arising from its use.
8. Applicable law
